HOUSTON – Houston-based developer Vista Equities Group has broken ground on the final phase of LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch in the Katy area west of Houston.

LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, located at 23501 Cinco Ranch Boulevard, is a 34-acre, 360,000-SF mixed-use development off the Grand Parkway, three miles south of I-10

The final phase will be anchored by a 37,000-SFAlamo Drafthouse Cinema, 7,500-SF of retail space and a five-story parking garage.

The Vista Companies, founded in 1985, is a Houston‐based real estate services group specializing in real estate development, brokerage, leasing and property management.

“LaCenterra is on the heels of its 10th anniversary celebration, so breaking ground on the Final Phase shortly after is very meaningful and important not only for us, but for the Katy community,” said Woody Mann, President of Vista Equities Group.

Construction of the final phase, including Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, is anticipated to be complete in early 2018. Tribble & Stephens is managing construction.
