Welcome to Yet Another South Beltway Industrial Project

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The Welcome Group is developing an industrial project on the South Sam Houston Parkway, just west of Highway 288 near Almeda School Road.

The South Sam Houston Parkway has a significant amount of industrial construction with new projects under construction by Clay Development and Construction, Hines and other firms.

KDW is constructing the 23,100 SF Southbelt building for Welcome Group.

The Welcome Group firm is also developing a project in Northwest Houston. The project at 4500 West Greens Road will offer a total of 42,596 SF with 38,264 SF of warehouse space and 4,332 SF of two-story office space. The building is expandable up to 65,000 SF and located less than a half-mile north of the North Sam Houston Parkway.

Construction of both projects is expected to be completed this year.

A full-service single-tenant industrial owner and development firm, Houston-based Welcome Group currently owns over 100 industrial buildings in Texas comprising approximately four million SF.
