HOUSTON – White Oak Music Hall, an a new entertainment complex, will anchor the emerging entertainment and commercial area that is just east of the Heights along the North Main light rail in Houston.
White Oak Music Hall will have 2-story amphitheater, a restaurant and a 20,000 square foot outdoor grass viewing area with the ability to host over 2,500 attendees.
Ryan Watson, vice president for Q10 KDH, represented borrowers in obtaining a $5.5 million construction-to-permanent loan for the property, adjacent to Fitzgerald’s at 2915 North Main.
