HOUSTON – Zoës Kitchen, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant group, has retained Transwestern to lead its expansion in Houston.

Currently, Zoës Kitchen has 15 Houston locations and has plans to more than double its footprint in the Houston market during the next few years.

“We are excited to be partnering with Transwestern as we expand our presence in Houston, as well as collaborating together on a successful, strategic market plan,” said Ann Marie P. Tussey, Vice President of Real Estate at Zoës Kitchen.

Transwestern Vice President Chris Reyes and Associate Danielle Schidlowski will serve as the exclusive advisors for the fast casual Mediterranean restaurant headquartered in Plano, Texas.

“We look forward to assisting Zoës with its plan to steadily grow its store footprint, while introducing a refreshed restaurant prototype and enhanced menu and presentation into the fast casual market,” said Reyes.
