1,000 Homes Underway on 318 Acres

BROOKSHIRE – (Realty News Report) – Development is under way on Mirabella, a community planned for more than 1,000 homes by Century Communities in Brookshire.

The Colorado-based homebuilder will soon offer homes starting in the high $200,000s in Mirabella, a new community off FM 529 near FM 362 about 43 miles west of downtown Houston.  Planned amenities include community lakes, a pool, trails, sports courts, dog parks, and fishing areas.

“There’s no question that the west metro area is one of the hottest locations in greater Houston, and Mirabella is uniquely positioned to help fill that demand,” said Tanya Rizzo, Houston Division President for Century Communities. “With a wide range of floor plans at affordable prices, incredible community amenities, and a desirable location that mixes country charm with city access, there’s really going to be something for every buyer at Mirabella.”

Spanning 318 acres, the Waller County neighborhood will offer one- and two-story houses with up to five bedrooms and 3,000 SF. The homes will include covered patios, smart home features, and two-car garages. Students will attend new schools in the Royal Independent School District.

In other area developments, Century Communities broke ground earlier this year on Katy Reserve, a community off Katy Hockley Road planned for more than 170 homes. South of the Katy Freeway, the company is developing Fulshear Junction, a 251-lot community at FM 1093 and Polo Ranch Boulevard in Fulshear.

Boilerplate: Century Communities operates in 16 states and over 45 markets across the U.S. The company expanded in Houston with the acquisition of Anglia Homes last year.
