HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) — Builders have started home sales in Everly, a new Johnson Land Ventures community along the Grand Parkway near Hopfe Road in northwest Harris County.
Builders Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes and Westin Homes have received a total of 308 homesites for the community’s first phase, with model home construction starting. Home prices will start in the high $390,000s.
Drees Custom Homes will offer floor plans designed for 45- and 60-foot homesites. Base pricing for the smaller homes will be from the $390,000s while starting prices for the homes on 60-foot lots will be from the $570,000s.
Perry Homes will build on all three lot sizes offering in Everly’s first phase, with prices from the $420,000s for homes on 45-foot homesites, the $480,000s for homes designed for 50-foot lots and the $570,000s for homes on 60-foot properties.
Westin Homes is offering floor plans designed for 50-foot homesites in Everly. They range from 2,442 to 3,400 SF and are priced from the $520,000s.
The 318-acre Everly will have 11 acres of amenities with an amenity complex expected to open in 2026.
“We think the strong builder mix, price point and excellent location near major employment centers, the Grand Parkway and Mueschke Road will hold strong appeal for those seeking the advantages of a newly built home,” said Michael Cox, President of Johnson Land Ventures.
Home sales recently started in another new Johnson Land Ventures, Briarley in Montgomery. The company has two active Houston-area communities — Amira in Tomball and Candela in Richmond. The company opened Nolina in Georgetown and closed on 800 acres for a new home community in Briggs Ranch in San Antonio in 2024.
Johnson Land Ventures, a division of Johnson Development Corp., which was founded by Mr. Larry D. Johnson, who passed away in 2022. The firm developed Sienna, Silverlake, Woodforest, Cross Creek Ranch and other property in Austin, Atlanta, and Dallas-Fort Worth markets – over 47,000 acres of land.
