The Air 59 Logistics Center in northeast Houston.

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The shell of Air 59 Logistics Center is complete and ready for tenant improvements. The 685,400-SF distribution building is located in the Park Air 59 center at the intersection of Will Clayton Parkway and U.S. Highway 59 in Humble.

JLL’s Mark Nicholas, Richard Quarles, and Joe Berwick are leasing the facility on behalf of the development team of Archway Properties and Ridgeline Property Group.

“Air 59 is a Class A distribution facility that offers excellent highway access and sought-after industrial amenities,” said Archway Partner Ben Allen. “Add to that Houston’s strong economy and growing position as a distribution hub, and this project is sure to appeal to a variety of companies looking to expand in the area.”

Over 16 million SF of industrial space is under construction in Houston, near a record high.

Air 59 Logistics Center features include 40-foot clear height and 242 trailer parking spaces.

Just north of Beltway 8, Air 59 Logistics Center is part of Archway Properties’ Park Air 59 development, which is a 111-acre mixed-use development with only 20 acres of pad sites remaining. Park Air 59 is already home to over one million square feet of industrial, medical, and retail space with an 80,000-SF Floor & Décor store that is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter.
