346-Unit Apartments Open in Missouri City

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Sueba USA is putting the finishing touches on Archer Lofts, a 346-unit multifamily development in Missouri City ahead of first move-ins in early December.

The complex is part of Phase III of Fort Bend Town Center, a NewQuest mixed-use development offering shopping, dining, and entertainment at Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road in Missouri City. It is steps away from a 1,750-space METRO Park & Ride that opened last year, providing transportation to the Texas Medical Center, downtown, and local bus routes.

The project is delivering as the Houston region absorbed 11,929 apartment units over the past 12 months, according to Costar data provided to the Greater Houston Partnership. At the end of the third quarter, 13,847 units were under construction across the Houston area.

Archer Lofts, which will begin pre-leasing in November, features open-concept floor plans, ceilings ranging from nine to 12 feet, file and wood-style flooring throughout, and bathrooms with custom finishes. Kitchens have glass cooktop ranges, subway-tile backsplashes, quarts countertops, and soft-close cabinets.
