HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – NAI  Partners has hired Andy Uschold  to lead a new line of business in Houston in the newly created role of Director of Facilities Services, according to Jim Tainter, Partner and Managing Director of NAI Partners’ Landlord Services Division. Uschold was formerly with Lowes.


Arch-Con Corporation named Michael Dovalina as vice president of Arch-Con’s Community Division. Dovalina has been with Arch-Con for nearly five years and has built $250 million and 2 million SF of projects during his career.

Lionstone Investments named Hans Nordby as head of analytics and research, reporting to Bryan Sanchez, chief investment officer. Nordby formerly was with the CoStar Group.


Lauren Kelch

Houston-based Patrinely Group announces the promotion of Lauren Kelch to Senior Vice President of Property Management.  Based in Houston, Kelch supervises all property management operations for the company. Since joining Patrinely Group in 2019 as Vice President, she has been instrumental in streamlining policies across the platform while overseeing optimal service delivery to clients and tenants.


Anar Shah

Lionstone Investments announced the appointment of Donald “Deke” Schultze, Jr.  and Anar Shah to the Capital Formation team. Schultze and Shah will report to Dan Dubrowski, Head of Capital Formation

Most recently, Schultze was a principal with Rubenstein Partners for ten years where he successfully invested over $325 million in assets.

Also, Shah has held senior roles with Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Prescott Realty Group.


SRS Real Estate Partners hired Justin Titcombe as first vice president in the Houston office. He recently was with Stage Stores, Inc, as the vice president of real estate. Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners is the largest real estate company in North America exclusively dedicated to retail services and it has more than 25 offices worldwide.


DES MOINES, Iowa — As part of the JLL Valuation Advisory platform’s continued growth, the firm announced it has selected JLL Senior Vice President Eric Caldwell  to lead their Valuation Advisory business line in Des Moines.


CHICAGO-Baird & Warner  residential real estate services company, has named Elizabeth McGrath  the new vice president of relocation services.
