PEARLAND, Texas — Transwestern’s Houston headquarters has been awarded the leasing assignment for Shadow Creek Professional Plaza I, a 110,000-sf, Class A, medical office development owned and developed by AMD Asset Holdings of Houston.
Located west of Highway 288, the medical office development will be built at the southwest corner of Business Center Drive and Discovery Bay Drive.
Two hospitals – HCA Pearland Medical Center and Memorial Hermann – are under construction within a half-mile of the AMD site. Dharmesh Patel is CEO of AMD.
