HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – NewQuest Properties  has added Krystal Mutina, president of the Houston chapter of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as NewQuest vice president with a dual focus on land and tenant representation. Mutina, with eight years in the industry, most recently was senior associate of Edge Realty Partners. Her transaction volume exceeds $100 million.

Joe Marburger, a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University, also joined NewQuest.

NewQuest Properties also hired Marc Peeler and Rick Ragan. They had been with Stan Johnson Co.


SRS Real EstatePartners named Kevin Holland as managing principal with the firm’s Investment Properties Group in the Houston office. Kevin joins SRS with more than 20 years of experience, most recently serving as principal of EDGE Realty Capital Markets.


DALLAS –  Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is pleased to announce that Seth Koschak and J.J. Leonard have been named as Partners within the Dallas/Fort Worth office.


Newmark Knight Frank announces the addition of Catherine Gibbons, joining as an Associate Director in the firm’s Dallas office. Ms. Gibbons will work alongside Managing Director Garrett Gibbons specializing in tenant representation services for corporations and users of office and industrial product types.


CBRE Group announced that Tim Dismond has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Diversity Officer


Savills announced that Mitchell Rudin  has been appointed as Chairman and CEO of Savills North America effective June 30, 2020.
