The massive closet has a floating spiral staircase, a champagne bar, and plenty of room for clothes, shoes, purses and an inventory of sunglasses.
“In every home I have lived in, I have always had a beautiful closet,” said the seller, socialite Theresa Roemer. “Inevitably, at every party the ladies would always want to come see my closet and we would end of having cocktails there. So, in this house the closet was built just for that. We have had over 100 ladies at charity events – in the closet. It has really been more than just a closet. It’s been an incredibly fun way to celebrate my friends and support so many wonderful organizations through the years.”
The home, located at 47 Grand Regency in the posh, gated Carlton Woods section of The Woodlands, was listed for $6,495,000.

Mrs. Roemer and her husband, former tennis pro and energy executive Lamar Roemer, have made substantial improvements since buying the home in 2013.

“The key to having an organized closet is to separate it by sections,” said Roemer “What I love best about my closet is that it allows me to view my entire collection when getting dressed. Having a 3,000 SF closet that spans three separate floors allows me to view my entire collection when searching for an outfit. If I can’t see it, I won’t wear it, so I need to be able to see everything.”

Mrs. Roemer, who has won a number of beauty and bodybuilding titles, has owned a number of fitness centers. The home has a personal gym and a Vegas-inspired lap pool with poolside cabanas.

In addition, the abode has place called “a glam room.”
The home is located in The Woodlands, a 28,000-acre master planned community located 27 miles north of downtown Houston.
