Clay Building High Life Distribution Center

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – High Life Distribution Center, a 103,100-SF distribution center, will be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2023,  according to the developer, Clay Development & Construction.

The building is located on 8.1 acres at 15930 Tomball Parkway/Texas 249 at Beltway 8/Sam Houston Parkway, in Harris County, outside Houston city limits.

The new project marks the completion of Clay’s 21-acre High Life Business Park, where construction began in 2010.

“The northwest submarket combines immediate access to major roads with shortened commutes to nearby residential neighborhoods,” says Robert Clay, president of Houston-based Clay Development & Construction. “The building is designed for today’s high-pile storage, light manufacturing, warehousing and office/lab space.”

Jim Stark of CBRE, along with Copeland Rhea of Clay Development & Construction, is leasing High Life Distribution Center.

Current tenants in the High Life business park include CRC Evans,  J. Simmons Group and Freedom CNG.

Since 1998, Clay has completed more than 21.5 million SF of industrial and office space, the equivalent of 372 football fields, primarily in the Houston area.
