HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – North Cypress Land Ventures LLC, a group led by Dr. Kim Keller, has broken ground on a 60,000-SF, three-story building, which is the first phase of a large medical development in the Northwest Houston area.
The building is the first phase of the Grand Cypress Medical Pavilions located on a 30-acre tract at the northeast corner of the Grand Parkway and Highway 290. Most of the building’s space has already been leased, with anchor tenants including Keller Surgical Specialists, GastroDoxs, and USPI/Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems.
Architecture is by Willie Stokes of Davis Stokes Collaborative Architects, P.C., based in Brentwood, Tenn. The construction project for Grand Cypress Doctors Pavilion One has been awarded to CONAR Building Group of Tennessee. The completion of the first medical building is anticipated by June 2025.
North Cypress Land Ventures, LLC is a physician-investor group based in Houston. Board members include Dr. Julius DeBroeck, a primary care physician, Dr. Kumaran Sathyamoorthy, a urologist, and 43 other physicians. The physician investors are focused on providing individual health care and preventative medicine through education and health management.
North Cypress Land Ventures’ mission is to bring the latest medical advancements to the Cypress communities. Dr. Keller and the investment group advocate preventative medicine, genetic testing, and routine cancer screenings.
The Grand Cypress Medical Pavilions is a planned multi-medical building park dedicated to health education, patient care, wellness, and cancer prevention.
This physician investment group was formed after North Cypress Medical Center was sold to HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress in September 2018. Dr. Keller and Dr. DeBroeck were both Founders and served on the Board of North Cypress Medical Center, along with three other doctors. Dr. Keller remains on the Board of HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress.
