New Hillwood Project Hits 100 Percent Occupancy

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – A new Northwest Houston Industrial park developed by Hillwood, the Dallas-based real estate firm led by Ross Perot Jr., has reached 100 percent occupancy.

The full-occupancy achievement was capped off by the lease of 95,288 square feet to Olympia Tools International in Hillwood’s newly developed 614,079-SF Pinnacle Logistics Park, located at 11330 Tanyard Creek Drive, Stream Realty Partners reported.

The project is located inside Beltway 8, east of Jersey Village and near Breen Drive.

“This achievement highlights the strong demand for premier industrial space in Northwest Houston, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Stream to deliver exceptional opportunities for businesses in this dynamic market,” said Jordan Bookstaff, Vice President at Hillwood.

This prime location allows Olympia to leverage Houston’s robust infrastructure, port access, and business-friendly environment, paving the way for future growth. Stream’s Tyler Maner, Wes Hunnicutt.  Matt Moore, and Will Mason represented Olympia Tools. Stream’s Jeremy Lumbreras and Heath Donica represented the landlord, Hillwood.
