DALLAS – Gaedeke Group LLC has acquired an 11-acre tract where it plans to develop a multi-tenant office project. The site is across the street from Toyota Corp.’s $350 million North American headquarters campus in the Legacy West development.

The development site was purchased in an off-market transaction with SWC Tollway & 121 LLC. Glenn S. Lickstein, president of Dallas-based Gaedeke Group, negotiated on behalf of the buyer. Jim Judge of Wicker & Associates represented the seller.

“Currently we are finalizing plans for a Class AA multi-tenant office project which we are working to deliver at the end of 2016,” says Sabine Gaedeke Stener, CEO of Gaedeke Group. “We are excited to be part of the dynamic Legacy West project and next door to such prestigious companies.”

Gaedeke Group’s development site is located at the hard corner of Highway 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway and Legacy Drive, just west of the mixed-use Legacy West parcel currently under construction.
