HOUSTON – Pacific Financial Inc. of Houston is developing the District West mixed-use project on 80 acres along the Westpark Tollway in northern Fort Bend County.
A Kelsey-Seybold medical facility is under construction and Star Cinema Grill is expected to build a 45,300 SF dine-in movie theater. The project, located east of the Grand Parkway near Peek Road, will have 100,000 square feet of retail in the first phase, said development partner Corey Ferguson of Raintree Commercial, which is handling leasing.
The office component includes proposals for a150,000 SF, six-story office building by Granite; some office condominium development; and a 50,000 SF office/bank/retail building.
