HOUSTON – Foxmark Corp., a signage company, bought a 45,000 SF building in west Houston for its headquarters and manufacturing facilities. The building sits on 6.5 acres of land in Mason Creek Business Park in west Houston, near Interstate 10 and Mason’s Road.
Foxmark will use the property for the manufacturing of their design signage and graphics company; as well as a gallery showroom.
According to Richard Fox, President and CEO of Foxmark Corporations, “relocating our headquarters and manufacturing facility to the Energy Corridor made strategic sense as we expand our national client base. With this expansion, we anticipate adding new jobs very soon. Our new location provides easy access to Interstate 10, Sam Houston Toll Road and the Grand Parkway improving our logistics and efficiencies.”
Lane Morgan with NAI Partners represented the buyer, Foxmark Corporation during the negotiations, while Darryl Noon of Transwestern represented the seller, Transwestern Development.
