HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The Avera Companies, a commercial real estate development, construction, and investment firm, has announced the execution of a lease at Champions Park,
The 241,712- SF distribution center is situated on 14 acres in Northwest Houston. W-Industries has signed a long-term lease for the entire building.

The building will be fully air conditioned and facilitate W-Industries’ growing manufacturing operations.
“We are thrilled to have W-Industries at Champions Park. The site’s location, access, and site plan efficiency are highly advantageous and will greatly benefit W-Industries,” said Trey Odom, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Avera Companies, which has developed projects in Baytown, Pasadena, La Porte, near the Port of Houston, inear Highway 290 and other key industrial submarkets.

Champions Park is a front load distribution center with a 36’ clear height, 53 dock high doors, 60’ speed bays, a 130’ truck court, and expandable parking. The site’s favorable location offers access to major thoroughfares including Sam Houston Parkway, Interstate 45, Tomball Parkway, and Veterans Memorial Drive.
W-Industries was represented by Wes Williams of Colliers, while Jason Dillee, Gregory Holmes, and Joseph Smith of CBRE represented Champions Park.
