DALLAS – Black Forest Ventures has purchased the DoubleTree Dallas – Campbell Centre, a 300-room, full-service hotel in Dallas.
Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Black Forest Ventures is a privately held asset management firm
led by Dirk Laukien.
HFF represented the hotel’s seller, a joint venture between GTIS Partners and Aimbridge Hospitality. The DoubleTree Dallas – Campbell Centre is located at 8250 North Central Expressway within the Campbell Centre mixed-use development six miles north of the Dallas central business district. Originally built in 1980 and renovated in 2008, the property features 15,000 square feet of meeting space.
The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by senior managing director Bill Stadler and managing director John Bourret.
