Blazer Breaks Ground on Apartment Project in Katy

KATY, Texas – (Realty News Report) — Blazer has started construction of Seville at Clay Crossing, a new high-end apartment community. The 351-unit property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Grand Parkway (SH 99) and Clay Road in Katy.

Seville at Clay Crossing will offer multiple one, two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 684 SF to 1,640 SF in both flat and townhome-style units. Rents will start around $1,060 and go up to $2,040.

Mucasey & Associates designed Seville at Clay Crossing with construction financing provided through Trustmark Bank. Blazer will serve as its own contractor. Units will be ready for occupancy by the fourth quarter of 2019.

Seville at Clay Crossing will also feature over 8,000 SF of amenity space for residents to enjoy including a spacious club room, game and media space, fitness center, yoga studio, pool, grilling stations, fire pit, among others.

Houston-based Blazer has built over 34,000 apartment homes across twelve states. Blazer currently operates 3,800 apartment homes in 28 properties.
