HOUSTON — (Realty News Report) – LBA Realty has acquired Constellation Post Oak, a new two-building 424,011-SF industrial property developed by Constellation Real Estate Partners near Beltway 8 in Southwest Houston.
Constellation Post Oak is located on South Post Oak Road just north of Beltway 8 and south of Fuqua Street.
Constellation Real Estate Partners acquired 33 acres of land for the project in March 2022 in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital. The Constellation Post Oak development was completed in 2023.
Constellation Searching for More Land for Additional Projects
“The sale of this property is Constellation’s final step in executing our business plan for Constellation Post Oak,” said J.W. Fields, Partner at Constellation Real Estate Partners.
“We successfully acquired the land, developed the property, secured significant leases and exited the asset, all within our strategic timeline. We are actively looking to acquired land for industrial development in transportation corridors in strategic locations across the United States.”

Designed by Powers Brown Architecture and Langan Engineering, the project includes two buildings totaling 424,011SF. Building 1 is 302,825 SF and offers a cross-dock configuration with 36-foot clear height, and Building 2 is 121,186 SF with a front-load configuration and 32-foot clear height.
Constellation Post Oak is 82 percent leased to D&R Signs and US Elogistics Services.
In August, Constellation Real Estate Partners announced plans to develop a 240,041-SF spec industrial building just outside Beltway 8 in Pasadena to on Genoa Red Bluff Road near the Port of Houston.
