HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Crow Holdings Industrial has broken ground on a 349,050-SF distribution building in Deer Park on the southeast side of Houston.
The Colliers team of Jon Lindenberger, Walter Menuet and Paul Dominique have been awarded the exclusive listing to market and lease the property for Crow. Lindenberger also represented Crow Holdings in the acquisition of the land.
The project, called Victory Commerce Center, is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2019.
The site is located near the intersection of Underwood Road and Pasadena Boulevard, about five miles from Barbours Cut Container Terminal.
Victory Commerce Center is near a rapidly expanding petrochemical industry and the Port of Houston. The site is close to Highway 225, Beltway 8, Highway 146 and Fairmont Parkway.
Crow Holdings Industrial is a division of Dallas-based Crow Holdings.
