JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – David Weekley Homes will build 135 townhomes and detached single-family houses in Southside Quarter, a 105-acre mixed-use project being developed by Hines in Jacksonville.

The homes will be part of Weekley’s Central Living brand. Central Living is the high-density division of David Weekley Homes offering residential options in prime locations and was first launched in Houston in 2008. Central Living has been a huge success and has expanded to 13 markets such as Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas/Fort Worth, Orlando and Tampa.

“David Weekley Homes has been building in the Jacksonville area since 1998, and is proud to introduce a new line of high-quality homes to our in-town customers,” said Jon Morris, Weekley’s division president for Jacksonville and Panama City. The first homes will be available in mid-2018.

The Hines Southside Quarter is a mixed-use development that will blend office, residential, hotel and retail space.

David Weekley Homes and Hines are both based in Houston.
