Downtown Law Firm’s New Offices Will Have Mock Courtroom

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The Yetter Coleman law firm is moving from the 2 Houston Center building to the 811 Main building where its new office space will have a mock courtroom for training and legal preparation.

Both the 811 Main building, formerly known as BG Group Place, and the 2 Houston Center building, recently purchased by Brookfield, are located in downtown.

“As we continue to grow, it is important to have offices that our team will love and let us stay downtown near our clients and the courts,” said the law firm’s managing Partner, Paul Yetter.

Yetter Coleman will increase its footprint to 24,494 SF on the 41st floor at 811 Main, which will give the firm room to expand. The firm hired Ziegler Cooper Architects to design the space. The general contractor is Trademark HITT.

Ziegler Cooper’s Senior Principle Architect, Mark Nolen noted, “Creating a professional, sophisticated and unique design was the result of a collective team effort.  Our project vision as a light, bright and open workspace environment was achieved through a collaborative approach between Ziegler Cooper Architects and Yetter Coleman.”

The general contractor for the build-out is Trademark HITT.

Craig Beyer of CBRE represented Yetter Coleman LLP and Eric Anderson with Transwestern represented the landlord. The 811 Main building is owned by Invesco.

The 46-story, 974,000-SF building was designed by Pickard Chilton and developed by Hines. The building, completed in 2011, sits on a block bounded by Main, Rusk, Fannin and Walker.
