HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – EHRA Engineering leased an entire office building in the Westchase area, according to NAI Partners.
The two-story building, 10011 Meadowglen Lane, is located between Westheimer Road and Richmond Avenue.
EHRA Engineering will be its sole occupant of the building.
NAI Partners’ Jason G. Whittington represented EHRA Engineering in the transaction.
Brad Sinclair with Madison Marquette represented the landlords, Sunrich Investments, LP & CC Fortune Venture, LLC.
“EHRA Engineering had grown to occupy three buildings on Westoffice Drive over the last 32 years and sought to relocate to consolidate its operations,” said Whittington. “After evaluating a wide range of options in the Westchase/West Houston market, EHRA chose 10011 Meadowglen, a building that allows EHRA to not only be single occupant, but also offers room for growth.”
The property’s architectural and design services were provided by Inventure Design and the construction was managed by HITT Construction.
“The property has undergone a substantial number of improvements, including an efficient redesign of the interior to include both open and private offices and collaborative areas for team members, as well as upgrades to the restrooms and common areas. The building’s new interior design provides for an abundance of natural light and enhances the efficiency, productivity, collaboration and the overall quality of EHRA’s work environment,” Whittington said.
EHRA Engineering is an 80-year-old civil engineering firm with core practice areas focusing on land services, public works, traffic and transportation, survey and mapping, site work, hydrology and hydraulics, planning and visioning, water and wastewater facilities, district services, landscape architecture and construction services.
