HOUSTON – Martin Fein Interests, a multifamily firm, will offer grocery delivery service in its Houston apartments via Instacart, a San Francisco-based delivery service company.

Fein residents can order online, choosing products from Whole Foods, H‐E‐B, Costco or Petco. If the resident is not at home, a Fein employee will place the groceries in the residents’ apartment – on the kitchen counter, refrigerator or freezer.

Delivery is priced from $3.99 to $9.99, or a $99 annual provides unlimited service.

The service will begin at these Fein communities; The Belvedere at Springwoods Village in Spring, Aria, Olympia and The Townhomes at Willowick Park, The Belmont and The Carlton in Houston, and The Grand at LaCenterra and Verona at the Reserve in Katy.

“Our mission has always been to offer our residents exceptional amenities in an atmosphere with incomparable service,” explained Martin Fein, President of Martin Fein Interests. “Partnering with Instacart allows our residents to receive delivered groceries to their doors in as little as one hour. We are excited to offer our residents merchandise from what we view as the best delivery service availableand could not be more excited about our relationship with Instacart.”

Founded in San Francisco in 2012, Instacart has quickly scaled to 16 cities across the US and partnered with dozens of grocery retailers, including popular national chains (Whole Foods Market, Costco, Petco) as well as local, regional grocers (HEB, Central Market, Fairway Market, Bi‐Rite, Plum Market).
