DALLAS – Dunhill Partners and its partner, the Crosland Group, will develop a 16-story office building along the Stemmons Freeway in the Dallas Design District, reports Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News.
Altschuler and Co. is leasing the tower, designed by 5G Studio Collaborative.
Dunhill Partners, led by CEO Bill Hutchinson, and Crosland Group are also developing a 200-room hotel on Turtle Creek Boulevard, Brown reports.
