GALVESTON – (Realty News Report)) – Satya, a Houston-based development firm, has topped out construction on the Tiara on the Beach, a 10-story condo on Galveston’s West End.
Prices start at $1.5 million at the 63-residence condominium, at 10525 San Luis Pass Road at the end of Seawall Boulevard.
“Reaching this milestone is an exciting moment for our entire team and homebuyers,” said owner and developer Sunny Bathija, CEO of Satya. “Every element of this coastal living experience has been thoughtfully designed to maximize Gulf views and deliver an unparalleled luxury experience.”
The condominium’s 300 feet of beachfront will be “controlled access” that will be restricted to use by residents of the Tiara on the Beach. The 175,000-SF development is situated on a 2.9-acre parcel.
The Tiara on the Beach is “engineered to withstand winds of up to 150 mph, the equivalent of a Category 5 hurricane,” according to the developer’s press release.
Construction of the condominium is six weeks ahead of schedule, said Mark Ludlow, President, Ludlow & Associates Construction, the general contractor. Completion is expected in the summer of 2027.
The building will have one, two, and three-bedroom residences, along with seven penthouses and two penterra penthouses, ranging from 1,661 to 4,306 SF.
International Bank of Commerce provided construction financing. Nan Properties Developer Services is handling sales.
Satya is the developer of The Sophie at Bayou Bend, Giorgetti Houston, Westmore, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House Houston Medical Center. Satya is currently developing The St. Regis Residences, an upscale project located on Memorial Drive between downtown Houston and Memorial Park.
