WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – (Realty News Report) – South Flagler House, a twin-tower condominium development with homes priced at $10 million and up, is under development by Hines, the Houston-based global real estate company and the Frisbie Group.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, South Flagler House will be located on the intra-coastal along the Gold Coast in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Featuring 89 carefully curated residences, South Flagler House will offer three to six-bedroom homes, townhouses and penthouses, along with one seven bedroom townhome. Pembrooke & Ives designed elegant interiors to showcase the residences’ expansive layouts and South Florida water views. The condominium residences are called “mansions in the sky” in publicity materials.

Penthouses for $75 Million Each

South Flagler House residences start at $10 million and the two duplex penthouses are expected to start at approximately $75 million.

The homes are “gracious in scale with high ceilings, oversized windows, and grand outdoor spaces,” the developers said.
