DALLAS – Clarion Partners acquired the One Victory Park, a 17-story, 436,253-SF office building located in the Victory Park district of downtown Dallas.
HFF represented the seller – Hines and its partner, UST XVI, a German investment fund managed by Estein & Associates. The building, completed in October 2008, is 95 percent leased with Ernst & Young and Haynes and Boone as major tenants.
Hines developed the office tower, which was designed by BOKA Powell. Victory Park is a former brownfield site that was redeveloped by Hillwood into an urban mixed-use project.
