NASSAU BAY, Texas – Griffin Partners has sold its Nassau Bay Town Square retail center, located near NASA’s Johnson Space Center on the southeast side of Houston.
JLL represented Houston-based Griffin Partners in the sale and arranged $12.9 million in acquisition financing through Wells Fargo. The buyer was SM Investments/NB, which is affiliated with Dorian Bilak, CEO of the Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Bilak Cos. real estate firm.
Bilak retained Wulfe & Co. to lease the center, which is part of a 660,000-SF mixed-use development that includes office, multifamily and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel near the corner of NASA Parkway and Saturn Lane.
