McALLEN, Texas – Pure Development, an Indianapolis-based firm, has started construction on a distribution and light-manufacturing center for Regal-Beloit in the Sharyland Business Park in McAllen. The facility, will be located close to the Anzalduas International Bridge on the Mexican border.
Pure expects to complete and deliver the 208,000-SF, institutional-quality facility before the end of 2016.
Josh Aguilar CBRE, which represented Regal-Beloit, a manufacturer of electric motors, said the new facility will support the firm’s operations and manufacturing plants in Monterrey and Reynosa.
