HOUSTON – Loomis has extended and expanded its lease to 47,904 square feet in the 2500 CityWest Boulevard building in the Westchase District of Houston.

Loomis, a Sweden-based armored-car and cash management services firm, previously leased 35,659 square feet in the building.

JLL Houston President Dan Bellow negotiated the terms on behalf of the tenant. Win Haggard and Marilyn Guion with Colvill Office Properties negotiated the lease on behalf of Houston-based Crimson Services.

“Loomis has called this location home for more than 10 years,” said Bellow. “The landlord was accommodating of Loomis’ growing needs, allowing the tenant to maintain their established presence in the submarket without any interruption to employees.”

2500 CityWest is a Class A office tower located approximately 20 miles from Houston’s Central Business District. Westchase encompasses more than 8 million square feet of Houston’s Class A office space.
