HOUSTON — KB Home, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has opened of Hollister Commons, a gated new home community at 8904 Hollister Commons Lane
in Houston’s Spring Branch area, along the Katy Freeway.
KB Home plans to construct 44 single-family homes at Hollister Commons, with four floor plans available that range in size from 1,663 to 2,080 square feet, and can be built with as many as four bedrooms, three baths and additional living spaces. Pricing begins in the high-$200,000s.
Located east of Beltway 8, the KB community is in the Spring Branch Independent School District.
