Mercantil Commercebank Buys Bank Site Near Energy Corridor

HOUSTON – Vista Mason Creek, Ltd. has sold a one acre site to Mercantil Commercebank National Association in West Houston. The property is specifically located at the northeast corner of Interstate 10 West and Merchant’s Way in Mason Creek Corporate, which is a 110 acre business park located at the northeast corner of I-10 and Mason Road.

Mercantil will build a full service branch bank at the location.

Dennis Johnston of Vista Brokerage Services represented the seller and Nick Hernandez and Chace Henke of Transwestern represented the buyer.

The newly formed Vista Brokerage Services secures existing properties for Vista and provides brokerage services for third party owners.

Established in 1985, the Vista Companies is a Houston‐based real estate services group specializing in real estate development, brokerage, leasing and property management. The company is comprised of Vista Equities Group, Vista Management Company and Vista Brokerage Services. Vista Equities focuses on the development of new properties and the acquisition of existing income‐producing properties, while Vista Management provides leasing and property management services for third party owners and Vista’s own investment partnerships.
