M/I Homes, which recently entered the Houston market, has contracted to buy 100 lots in the Hearthshire community in The Woodlands. Homes there will be priced at $220,000 and up.
The Pennzoil Place buiding, owned by Metropolis Investment Holdings, has been award LEED Gold certification. The downtown Houston building is managed by Transwestern.
