Post Properties is planning to construct 124 apartment units in the Midtown area of Houston, according to a report by the Houston Chronicle’s Nancy Sarnoff. The project is phase three of the Post Midtown Square project at Gray and Bagby. The mixed-use project features street-level retail space with rental units on upper levels. The third phase, valued at $21.8 million will have rents ranging from $1.50 to $1.70 per sf, Sarnoff reported.
