HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Whole Foods Market, complete with a Briggo coffee outlet, is scheduled to open Nov. 7 at 515 Elgin Street.
Whole Foods will be below the new Pearl Marketplace apartments. The new mixed-use midrise at 3120 Smith St. contains 264 residential units, comprised of studios, urban one bedrooms, one bedrooms and two bedrooms, above a 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market on the ground floor.
The Whole Foods will include a Briggo coffee facility. Briggo is the creator of the world’s first gourmet, robotic barista. Last year, Austin-based Briggo opened inside the George R. Brown Convention Center.
The Midtown Whole Foods will be open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The apartments were developed by MORGAN, based in Houston. Since 1988, has developed over 20,000 units at a cost of $3.1 billion. MORGAN currently is active in Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Florida.
Briggo’s Coffee Hauses can now be found serving airports, convention centers, corporate offices, hospitals, and grocery in Austin, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and San Francisco.
