HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Heron Houston Partners LP, led by the Adkisson Group, has acquired 23.3 acres in Missouri City, southwest of Houston.
The land will be developed for light industrial use. It is located at the northwest corner of Fondren Road and U.S. 90A.
Tom Condon Jr. of Colliers International represented the seller and Travis Land of NAI Partners represented by buyer.
The Highway 90A and the southwestern part of Beltway 8 have seen a significant amount of industrial development in the last five years.
