FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – GEICO has sold its 14-story, 240,000-SF office building on Spring Valley Road in the Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch. The buyer, JP Partners was represented by the NAI Robert Lynn firm.
About a year ago, GEICO relocated its regional office to the former Fossils Inc. headquarters building in the city of Richardson.
Houston broker Griff Bandy of NAI Partners represented GEICO in the office building disposition and last year’s relocation.
