HOUSTON – Houston-based Neighbors Health, LLC has relocated its corporate headquarters, leasing 98,000 SF in Richmond Park Westchase, 10800 Richmond Ave. The five-story office building is operated by Zenith Real Estate Group.

The headquarters of Neighbors, which operates Neighbors Emergency Centers, had been located in the Pearland Town Center. The health firm has subleased the Pearland space, says Colliers International’s Bob Parsley, who represented Neighbors along with Chadd Bolding and Jay Kyle.

“Neighbors Emergency Centers (NEC) hired Colliers to find a new corporate office to meet their growth and to be located in a more centrally located building for convenience and mobility purposes. NEC has continued to expand its neighborhood clinics and the company decided that the new location at 10800 Richmond met their long- term requirements,” Parsley said. Colliers also handled the sublease of NEC’s Pearland space.

PMRG’s Michael Sieger and Marci Phillips represented Zenith in the Westchase lease.

”Transactions such as the Neighbors deal show that large users are looking for quality and value in today’s marketplace,” says PMRG’s Phillips.

PMRG has represented Zenith in the signing of 24 new leases totaling over 230,000 SF in the Class B, Westchase submarket over the past 24 months.
