WALLER, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Inspire Communities announced the start of home sales at Indigo Skies, a manufactured home community planned for 439 home sites in a growing area for home building in Waller.
Based in Phoenix, Inspire Communities is an owner and operator of manufactured home communities nationwide. The company aims to offer attainable prices and a sense of community at its developments. Manufactured homes are made in factories, transported to the community, then put in place on the lot.

Located off Highway 290 north of Waller High School, Indigo Skies spans 148 acres at 22000 Field Store Road. The community will offer eight floor plans, with each contemporary, open-concept layouts and front porches.
Homes will range from approximately 1,100 to 1,600 square feet with three-bedroom and two-bathroom options. Prices start in the high $80,000s and do not include the cost of renting the land.
Planned amenities at Indigo Skies include a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, combination pickleball and basketball court, children’s playground, lawn, pavilion, and multipurpose room.
Inspire Communities recently developed Rockhorse Ranch near Lake Conroe in Willis. Rockhorse Ranch offers options catering to residents age 55 and up in addition to all ages.
