Oilfield Services Company Leases Houston Office Space for Expansion of HQ

Patterson-UTI Energy, an oilfield services company has leased more office space in Remington Square II.

HOUSTON – Patterson-UTI Energy, an oilfield services company has leased an additional 11,600 SF of office space to expand their headquarters offices in Houston.

The company’s headquarters now covers 52,822 SF at Remington Square II , which is located on West Sam Houston Parkway North.

Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Ryan Bishop and Brad Fricks of Stream Realty represented the landlord, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.

Patterson-UTI Energy owns and operates one of the largest fleets of land-based drilling rigs and a large fleet of pressure pumping equipment. Patterson-UTI’s contract drilling business operates in the continental United States and western Canada, and its pressure pumping and oilfield rental tools businesses operate primarily in Texas and the Mid-Continent and Appalachian regions.

Patterson-UTI also provides drilling rig pipe handling technology to drilling contractors in North America and other select markets. In addition, Patterson-UTI owns and invests as a non-operating working interest owner in oil and natural gas assets that are primarily located in Texas and New Mexico.
