HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – NCS Multistage, a provider of products and support services for oil and natural gas well completions and hydraulic fracturing, will relocate its headquarters to the Chasewood Crossing Three building located at 19350 Highway 249 in northwest Houston.

The company signed a 20,886-SF lease for the top floor of the new Class-A six-story development. NCS Multistage is moving from Chasewood Crossing II on the same campus.

Kevin Saxe and Amber Wendt with CBRE represented NCS Multistage in the transaction and Brenda Pennington with Pennington Commercial Real Estate represented the owner, Greenwood Properties, Inc.

The 30-acre office park is aimed at companies that want to decrease suburban commute times. Chasewood Crossing III is a 156,000-SF building. Three additional buildings are planned.

NCS Multistage wanted a modern open office space that utilizes space efficiently and allows room for growth, CBRE said.

“With CRBE’s assistance we were able to start with a blank sheet and use new concepts in our space to more efficiently create our floor design and layout,” said Wade Bitter, NCS Multistage, CAO. “The headquarters relocation also facilitates a broader consolidation of our Houston facilities footprint.”
