Northwest Houston Office Building Sold

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Colliers International announced the sale of York Centre, a 114,474 square foot office building, located at 10235 West Little York Road in Northwest Houston. The buyer, Interra York Centre, represented themselves. David Carter of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.

York Centre is a four-story, multi-tenant office building situated on 5.35 acres at the hard corner of Hempstead Highway and West Little York Road.

Interra Capital is a leading Houston-based investment and financial services firm led by Jack Polatsek and David Polatsek. Its primary focus is on commercial and residential real estate investments.
