COLLEGE STATION, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Caldwell Communities, a Houston firm led by Fred Caldwell, has opened the 400-acre Mission Ranch community in College Station, near Texas A&M University and the Kyle Field football stadium.
The project will have 530 homes with prices starting in the $300s.
In the early 1980s, Caldwell played defensive line on the Texas A&M Aggie football team with Gary Kubiak at QB and Jackie Sherrill as head coach.
Homebuilders include Blackstone Handcrafted Homes, Caldwell Homes, David Weekley Homes, Mariott Homes, Magruder Homes, Omega Builders, Pitman Custom Homes, and Ravenna Homes.
