HOUSTON – A pair of office buildings on the North Loop 610 in Houston have been purchased by a partnership of entity of Houston-based Fuller Realty Advisers and Dallas-based Chief Partners. The office complex, which totals 303,000 SF and is 60 percent leased, is comprised of two office buildings at 2707 and 2727 North Loop West.

CBRE’s Todd Casper, Jared Chua, and Bernard Branca arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.

“The complex offers a highly coveted location inside the Interstate 610 loop within a resurging neighborhood,” said Casper, First Vice President of CBRE. “The complex features a good combination of stability with compelling upside potential as 2727 North Loop West offers 122,000 square feet of contiguous vacancy with easy access to The Heights, the Central Business District and Uptown areas.”

CHRISTUS Health, one of the top health systems in the U.S., anchors the 100 percent leased 2707 North Loop West.
