AUSTIN – Vista Lohman’s Crossing Ltd., a real estate investment partnership formed by Vista Equities Group and Vista Equities Group Development, has acquired The Towers of Lakeway, a two-building office complex totaling 56,000 sf. The Towers of Lakeway is located on Lohman’s Crossing, in the Lakeway area of west Austin.
At the time of acquisition, the buildings were approximately 85 percent occupied.
HFF’s Austin office represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Acquisition financing for the buyer was provided by MC-Five Mile Commercial Mortgage Finance, who was represented by Tyler Ford of HFF’s Houston office. Courtney Lavender with Vista Management Company will handle property management responsibilities for the partnership.
