PASADENA, Texas – A tract of land in Pasadena, on the southeast side of Houston, has been sold for a retail development, Colliers International reports.
The east side of town has seen considerable growth in recent years as billions of dollars have been invested for major chemical plant expansions and industrial development near the Port of Houston.
Investor Chuan Le purchased the 35,626-SF tract of land at Fairmont Parkway and Lily Street. Le was represented by First Realty Associates.
Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers represented the seller, 4949 Fairmont Pakway LTD in the transaction. The site is east of the Sam Houston Tollway, near Preston Road. A Walmart, a Home Depot and a number of restaurants and retailers are near the site.
